1. Introduction

​

Our Gallop Club is a Racing Club which offers a cost-effective way to experience the thrill of ownership. It also provides a way to meet new people and experience racing from an owners point of view. Gallop Club is the owner of the horse and members of the club will have no ownership rights of the horse(s).

2. Bloodstock Rights

​

All Bloodstock Rights are solely owned outright by Mr. Michael Wigham, Owner, of Gallop Club, members of the Club are offered purely on the racehorse’s performance during the yearly term, there is no bloodstock entitlement within the share certificate.

3. Membership Participation

To participate in any membership type of our horse racing club hosted on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Memberships are subject to availability and approval by Gallop Club. By purchasing a membership with the club, you are agreeing to adhere to our Club rules and guidelines.

4. Membership types and Winnings​

4.1 Membership types

• ​Club memberships are sold at a fixed rate dependant on the type of membership and the price covers costs such as training, vet bills, entry fees, administration and all racing expenses. The exact pricing, and all covered costs will be outlined for each individual membership on the website and in the contract.

• All shares are sold on a first come, first served basis.

• Preference will always be given to the member with the highest membership tier.

• Gift memberships can be placed in another name.

• The membership price is for one whole membership.

• A Membership cannot be sub-divided.

​​4.2 Winnings

• Any winnings your horse earns will be paid out in line with the percentage of your membership share after usual trainers/jockeys percentage. All winnings will be paid out at the end of the term.

5. Ownership & Liability

​

​You will be a member in the club that has a limited amount of spaces representing a micro-share related to a specific horse(s) as mentioned in the contract, but legal ownership of the horse(s) remains with Gallop Club. You accept full responsibility for any risks associated with horse racing. We do not accept liability for any losses arising from participation in the racing club, whether financial or personal.

6. Payments and Refunds

 

​All payments for memberships, fees, or other charges are to be made via the payment methods specified on our website. Payments are non-refundable unless as stipulated in the contract.

7. Updates & Communication

We will provide regular updates on the status of your horse(s), including race performance, training progress, and other relevant information. Communication will be primarily through email, WhatsApp, Social Media pages or via the member's area on our website.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Race Day & Events​​

• Gallop Club Syndicates Limited may at its discretion choose to limit or modify race day events, based on availability or other circumstances.

• Members will receive invitations to attend race days or events related to the membership type(s) they purchased with the racing club, but participation in these events is not guaranteed. Members with the most shares will be given preference.

10. Termination of Membership

• Consumer Legislation gives the consumer the right to cancel a new Membership contract they enter into with Gallop Club within 14 days of the date the contract for the membership has been signed. A customer can cancel their new Membership by contacting us within 14 days of purchase and Gallop Club will refund their payment in full.

• We reserve the right to terminate your membership if you breach any of these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in behavior detrimental to the syndicate or our community.

• You may terminate your membership at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid, unless otherwise specified in the contractual agreement.

11. No Guarantees

​

• Horse racing involves risk, and we cannot guarantee any winnings, success, or return on membership fee. You agree to participate with the understanding that there are no guarantees and that outcomes depend on many unpredictable factors.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, images, text, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Gallop Club Syndicates Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the website's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.

14. Changes to Terms

Gallop Club Syndicates Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified of any significant changes via email or website notification.

Gallop Syndicate

1. Introduction

Our Gallop Syndicate is a Racing Syndicate which offers a cost-effective way to experience the thrill of ownership with shared costs. Gallop Syndicate is the owner of the horse and Syndicate members will own a share of the horse for a limited time based on the amount of shares purchased.

2. Bloodstock Rights

​

All Bloodstock Rights are solely owned outright by Mr. Michael Wigham Owner of Gallop Syndicate, members of the Syndicate are offered purely on the racehorse’s performance during the yearly term, and once the horse is sold. There is no bloodstock entitlement within the share rights.

​

3. Syndicate Participation

To participate in any syndicate of Gallop Syndicates hosted on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Shares are subject to availability and approval by Gallop Syndicate. By purchasing a share with the syndicate, you are agreeing to adhere to our syndicate rules and guidelines.

4.1 Shares

• ​Syndicate Shares are sold on a fixed basis and the one time cost will cover the purchase of the horse and the monthly fees covering the horses, training, vet bills, entry fees, administration and all racing expenses. The exact pricing, and all covered costs will be outlined for each individual share on the website and in the contract.

• All shares are sold on a first come, first served basis.

• A share cannot be sub-divided, sold or transferred.

• Any winnings and place money your horse earns will be paid out in line with the percentage of your share after usual trainers/jockeys percentage. All winnings will be paid out at the end of the term unless stated otherwise.
